Statistics show that over 16 million children around the world are suffering with hunger, and this causes millions of children to die each year.

According to the WFP, 842 million people in the world do not have enough to eat. Additionally, the vast majority of hungry people (827 million) live in developing countries, where 14.3 percent of the population is undernourished. Just thinking about these people’s suffering is enough to cause an ache deep down in your heart for what they must suffer through on a daily basis, year after year.
LEIBISH is helping to fight the battle against hunger in the world by donating to a charity in Israel that feeds people who cannot afford to buy food for themselves. The food is packaged according to the needy family’s size and is delivered anonymously so as not to cause the recipients any shame. It is our firm belief that helping people with the building blocks of human existence contributes a long way toward making the world a healthier, happier, and more satisfied place for every single citizen of the world to live in. Something as simple but important as going through life on a full stomach contributes so significantly to every human being’s peace and tranquility in this world that we believe that every additional full stomach will help bring the world one step closer to being a better place.
