Diamond engagment ring setting with pave mill-grain diamond leaf motifs mounted in 18K gold. The center diamond is set with four prongs in a V shape that come to a point. This allows for the inside of the leaf walls to be visible and bright polished. The internal walls of the leaf motifs act as a mirror reflecting the natural color of the stone, giving an overall glow surrounding the entire center diamond.
