Questions we are asked most
Do I need an appointment to visit an office?
Yes. Our salons are private and stones are held in the vault, so we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to prepare a selection tailored to what you would like to see.
Can you source a stone that is not on the website?
Frequently. Tell us the colour, intensity, shape and carat range you are looking for and we will search our inventory and network, then present certified options with photographs and video.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Arabic, German and Italian. Mention your preference in your message and we will pair you with the right specialist.
Can you help with a custom design?
Our atelier builds bespoke pieces around a chosen stone — sketches and renders first, then the setting. A video appointment is the fastest way to begin; our bespoke desk is reachable at custom@leibish.com.
How do you ship, and is it insured?
Every order travels fully insured by secured courier with signature on delivery, accompanied by its laboratory certificate. Your specialist confirms timings for your destination before dispatch.
