LEIBISH is glad to provide great deals with excellent value periodically throughout the year. Since LEIBISH focuses so strongly on customer satisfaction, we felt it quite necessary to note the general terms and conditions of our sales.

All offers, promotions, sales, etc., are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply.

Sales Terms and Conditions

With all sales and campaigns, LEIBISH offers are only valid towards the regular listed prices of products listed on www.leibish.com. If the price is not listed, that piece specifically is not be included in the sale as it may not currently be available or it may be 'busy' with another client. While a sale is active, payments may still be made through all available payment methods (for example, by PayPal, Stripe, or wire transfer).

Not every sale includes every item listed on the website. Unless otherwise stated (such as when the offer is on all items), the sale is offered only off the products with a 'SALE' icon. The SALE icon may vary according to the campaign being run, and it may contain additional text (such as SPRING SALE, VALENTINES DAY SALE, WEDDING SALE, or CYBER SALE).

In the event that a discount is provided through a Gift Voucher or Coupon Code, the discount is valid for only 90 days from the original date the Gift Voucher is sent, unless otherwise stated. Gift Vouchers of a dollar value must be presented to our staff in order to redeem the dollar amount or the Coupon Code must be utilized at the time of purchase through the website. Gift Vouchers and Coupon Codes may not be combined with any other sales, discounts, or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers, coupon codes, and any other discounts may only used with a minimum listed purchase price of US $1,000, unless otherwise stated.

Terms and Conditions for the "Love in Every Shade" Valentine's Day Campaign

1. Promotion Details

  • Offer: 10% off select ready-to-ship jewelry pieces available at LEIBISH.com.

  • Campaign Title: "Love in Every Shade."

  • Promotion Period: Begins on January 23rd and ends on February 16, 2025, at 3:00 AM EST.

2. Eligibility

  • The promotion applies exclusively to select ready-to-ship jewelry items marked as part of the "Love in Every Shade" campaign on LEIBISH.com.

  • The offer cannot be applied to custom orders, "Design-Your-Own", loose diamonds, or gemstones, or any other items not explicitly included in the promotion.

3. Discount Application

  • The 10% discount will be automatically applied at checkout for eligible items.

  • No additional coupon code is required.

4. Exclusions

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons.

  • The discount does not apply to taxes, shipping or handling fees when applied.

5. Availability

  • All promotional items are subject to availability. While supplies last.

  • LEIBISH reserves the right to withdraw or modify the offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances necessitate.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Items purchased during the promotional period are subject to the LEIBISH.com return and exchange policy.

  • If an item purchased with the promotional discount is returned, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid.

7. General Conditions

  • The offer is valid only for purchases made directly on LEIBISH.com.

  • LEIBISH reserves the right to disqualify any purchases that do not comply with these terms and conditions.

Complimentary Jewelry Case With Purchase

1. The "Free Travel Jewelry Case with Purchase" promotion is valid only for purchases made during the New Year Campaign on Leibish.com.
2. For every purchase made during the promotion period, one complimentary travel jewelry case will be received, while supplies will last.
3. The promotion ends on January 23, 2025. LEIBISH reserves the right to end the promotion earlier if supplies are exhausted.
4. The promotion is subject to change or cancellation by LEIBISH at any time without prior notice.
5. The complimentary travel jewelry case cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
6. LEIBISH reserves the right to refuse the provision of the complimentary travel jewelry case if it suspects any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions.
7. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions for Newsletter Registration Campaign

  1. Eligibility: The "Register to Our Newsletter & Enter to Win a $5000 Gift Certificate" campaign ("Campaign") is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of LEIBISH, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. Entry Period: The entry period for the Campaign begins on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 7:00 AM (EST) and ends on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 11:59 PM (EST).

  3. How to Enter: To enter the Campaign, participants must sign up for the LEIBISH newsletter by providing a valid email address during the entry period. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase required. The customer must still be registered to the newsletter on the day of the raffle in order to qualify.

  4. Drawing and Winner Announcement: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and will be notified via email during the first two weeks of January 2025. The gift must be claimed within 3 business days of receiving the email or it will be considered forfeited.

  5. Prize: The winner will receive a $5,000 gift certificate to use at Leibish.com. The winner can choose one item (either a loose stone, readymade jewelry, or a DYO (Design Your Own) item including center stone + setting) up to a $5,000 value. The customer cannot receive cash or credit for any portion not used/claimed. The gift certificate may not be combined with other discounts or promotions and has no cash value. The gift certificate must be used in accordance with LEIBISH's standard terms of use. The gift certificate expires on March 31, 2025.

  6. Taxes: Local taxes may apply to the prize. The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or additional costs associated with the prize.

  7. General Conditions:

    • LEIBISH reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign, or any part of it, as determined by LEIBISH in its sole discretion.

    • LEIBISH reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or to be acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

    • Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Campaign may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, LEIBISH reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  8. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Campaign, entrants agree to release and hold harmless LEIBISH, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Campaign or receipt or use of the prize.

  9. Governing Law: The Campaign and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LEIBISH is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  10. Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to LEIBISH's privacy policy.

  11. Publicity: By participating in the Campaign, the winner agrees to allow LEIBISH to use their name, social media profile, and any images or videos provided by the winner for promotional purposes, including but not limited to publication on social media platforms, the LEIBISH website, and in marketing and PR materials, without additional compensation or prior notice.

  12. Additional Terms:

    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

    • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.

    • LEIBISH is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to server malfunctions, internet outages, or other disruptions that may prevent entry into the Campaign.
