Refer A Friend Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Leibish Refer-a-Friend Program ("Program"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older.

• The referring customer ("Referrer") must have a valid Leibish account.

• The referred customer ("Friend") must be a new customer who has never made a purchase from leibish.com.

2. Referral Rewards

• Referrer Reward: The Referrer will receive a $500 discount coupon after the Friend completes a qualifying first purchase.

• Friend Reward: The Friend will receive a $500 discount coupon to apply to their first purchase.

• Both the Referrer and Friend will receive their rewards via email or within the Rewards Panel, once eligibility is confirmed.

3. Qualifying Purchase Criteria

• A qualifying purchase is a completed order made by the Friend through the referral link, with a minimum order value of $2,500 USD (or equivalent in local currency).

• Orders must be completed using the referral link. Purchases made outside of the referral flow are not eligible.

4. Coupon Terms

• Coupons are single-use only and must be redeemed within 30 days of issuance.

• Coupons cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts.

• Coupons are not valid on previous purchases, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be used to purchase gift cards.

5. Sharing Restrictions

• Referrals can be made through the official Rewards Panel using approved methods (Facebook, X, or Email).

• Referrers may not post their referral links on coupon or deal-sharing websites or use paid advertising to promote their link.

• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from the Program.

6. Abuse and Termination

• Leibish reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any referrals suspected of abuse, fraud, or manipulation.

• Leibish may withhold or cancel rewards in cases of suspected violation of these Terms or the company’s general policies.

• The Program is offered at the sole discretion of Leibish and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Leibish is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical issues, or failed referral tracking due to circumstances beyond its control.
