LEIBISH is glad to provide great deals with excellent value periodically throughout the year. Since LEIBISH focuses so strongly on customer satisfaction, we felt it quite necessary to note the general terms and conditions of our sales.

All offers, promotions, sales, etc., are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply.

Sales Terms and Conditions

With all sales and campaigns, LEIBISH offers are only valid towards the regular listed prices of products listed on www.leibish.com. If the price is not listed, that piece specifically is not be included in the sale as it may not currently be available or it may be 'busy' with another client. While a sale is active, payments may still be made through all available payment methods (for example, by PayPal, Stripe, or wire transfer).

Not every sale includes every item listed on the website. Unless otherwise stated (such as when the offer is on all items), the sale is offered only off the products with a 'SALE' icon. The SALE icon may vary according to the campaign being run, and it may contain additional text (such as SPRING SALE, VALENTINES DAY SALE, WEDDING SALE, or CYBER SALE).

In the event that a discount is provided through a Gift Voucher or Coupon Code, the discount is valid for only 90 days from the original date the Gift Voucher is sent, unless otherwise stated. Gift Vouchers of a dollar value must be presented to our staff in order to redeem the dollar amount or the Coupon Code must be utilized at the time of purchase through the website. Gift Vouchers and Coupon Codes may not be combined with any other sales, discounts, or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers, coupon codes, and any other discounts may only used with a minimum listed purchase price of US $1,000, unless otherwise stated.

LEIBISH Gemstone Jewelry Sale 

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the Gemstone Jewelry Sale offered by LEIBISH & Co. (referred to as "LEIBISH," "we," "our," or "us") from May 13th, 2024, to June 3rd, 2024 (the "Sale Period"). By participating in this sale, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility:

The Gemstone Jewelry Sale is open to all customers worldwide.

2. Sale Period:

The Gemstone Jewelry Sale will commence at 03:00 AM (EST) on May 13th, 2024, and conclude at 2:59 AM (EST) on June 3rd, 2024. All discounts and promotions are only valid during this time frame.

3. Discounts:

During the sale, customers can enjoy discounts of up to 15% on all gemstone jewelry items. The specific discount for each item will be clearly indicated on the product page.

4. Double Loyalty Points:

In addition to the discounts, customers will earn double loyalty points on all purchases made during the Gemstone Jewelry Sale. These points can be redeemed on future purchases. Loyalty Points may not be redeemed with other discounts or promotions.

5. Product Availability:

The availability of products during the Gemstone Jewelry Sale is subject to change. We recommend purchasing your desired items as soon as possible, as availability is limited, and we cannot guarantee restocking of specific items.

6. Price Adjustments:

Price adjustments will not be made for items purchased before or after the Gemstone Jewelry Sale period. All prices are final during the Sale Period.

7. Payment:

We accept all various major credit cards and bank transfer. We also offer Splitit interest-free installments.

8. Shipping and Tax Costs:

Shipping costs and options will be provided at the time of checkout. 

However, LEIBISH recommends that you consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence. LEIBISH will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges levied by the customer’s country. 

LEIBISH will strive to deliver items in a timely manner, but please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

9. Returns and Exchanges:

Our standard return and exchange policy applies to items purchased during the Gemstone Jewelry Sale. For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy.

10. Warranty:

All items purchased during the Gemstone Jewelry Sale are covered by our warranty policies. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for more information.

11. Promotional Codes:

Promotional codes, discounts and/or Loyalty Points may not be used in conjunction with Gemstone Jewelry Sale discounts.

12. Cancellation:

LEIBISH reserves the right to cancel or modify the Gemstone Jewelry Sale at its discretion. In the event of cancellation, any valid orders placed before the cancellation will be fulfilled as agreed.
